Jason grew up around dogs his entire life. His father trained dogs for the Federal Police, and from a young age, Jason learned that the bond between handler and dog wasn’t just about obedience, it was about trust, communication, and precision. Dogs weren’t a hobby. They were in his blood.

Jason went on to serve as a police officer, building a career in law enforcement. But after being diagnosed with PTSI and told he could not return to policing, he faced a crossroads. Instead of seeing it as an ending, he saw it as a beginning. He went back to what he’d known his whole life, dogs, and founded Arsenal Canine Academy.

Like most dog trainers, Jason was exceptional at the craft but had zero clue about business. He knew how to transform a reactive dog in a session, but he didn’t know how to price a program, close a client, or build systems that didn’t depend on him doing everything. The business struggled. He was overworked, underpaid, and running on fumes.

Then everything changed. Jason stopped trying to be a better dog trainer and started learning how to be a better business operator. He built systems. He created processes. He developed a proprietary methodology, structured premium offers, and installed the operational infrastructure that let the business grow without breaking him. The result: stability, growth, and a business that finally matched his skill level.
